Emotion/Mood

What is mood? Mood is generally a positive or negative valence which people nowadays call it good mood or bad mood. Mood is a person's temporary state or mind or what he/she is feeling at the moment.

Positive mood can be caused by many different aspects of life,like making awesome memories with friends, going on a holiday trip, watching a comedy show that make you laugh and others.When we are positive, the people around us feel more comfortable.People usually do not know that they are in a good mood or a bad mood. Many studies have been proven that a person experience a good mod when they have a clear state of mind, feeling no stress in their life and lastly the most important of all which is having a good night sleep.

Sleep is a major factor that affect a person's mood. A person who is lack of sleep will become more irritable, angry and less energized through out the whole day.We can sharpen our attention and boost our creativity by having at least 7 hours of sleep each day.


Negative mood not only affect human mentality, it also affect physically of a human being. Negative mood can cause serious illness like heart attack,stroke,diabetes and so on. Negative thinking state of mind make a person more forgetful and also gain more weight. Like i said earlier, lack of sleep is one of the main reason why people get into bad mood, this can also cause the person to go under depression which can cause the person to commit suicide.


Now that u have know the different of good and bad mood, it is important for us to stay in positive thinking state of mind. In order to do that, we must always smile. Smiling not only change a person's mood , it can also changes the people around you. Just imagine that a person is undergoing depression because nobody actually cares about him, just when he about to commit suicide he saw a person smiling at him which make him feel there actually people worries about him. Thus we must always smile and stay in good mood.. neko :)
