True Happiness

Hi guys, it been long time since I wrote a blog post.. hope all of you are doing fine.. Today I like to talk about happiness.. I heard a lot of people saying"you found your true love my friend, now u will be able to experience true happiness." However, is this true? In my opinion, if you keep thinking about happiness, you will never be happy.

I sure most of you had been into bookstore and found different kind of book related to elusive happiness. You are led to believe that you will be happy if you have more money, less work, bigger house or a better body figure. While you are busy dreaming about the day when true happiness comes knocking at your door, you forget they happiness can come from being in the moment. In other words, if you want to be happy, just be happy. It is just as simple as that.

Today's obsession with physical attraction has brought about such unhappiness as people feel the need to achieve a perfect body figure. After all, perfection is not something that we can obtain. I think that truly attractive person is one who shines from within. A person's attitude is the one I find it attractive.

I feel that the best vitamin to be a happy person is to stay optimism. We should feed ourselves not only delicious food but also good and happy thoughts. How can you be happy if you are always having negative thoughts in your head?

You can be a rich man with big houses, racing cars and have your own clothes designer but will these possessions bring happiness? It will only bring happiness if they are shared with those you love. You can be a successful man in your career but will you feel happy if love is missing? Most of us often believe that we are valued in terms of wealth rather than by simply being ourselves.

People are trying so hard to achieve "true happiness" but they did not notice that true happiness in just right in front of them. Why is it so hard for us to appreciate what we have? We should start to realize how lucky we are and enjoy what we have.

Now, I will ask all of you a question. What is your take on happiness? Think twice before you answer this question. Neko :)
