Disciplinary Problems

School is supposed to be  a place where students behave themselves and study to gain knowledge for them to use it in daily life. However, nowadays it seem like it is necessary to break the school rules set by the school.  In reality, we are taught by the school to be discipline because to keep the society safe and harmony. So, what are the ways to solve disciplinary problems in school?

First and foremost, teachers need to be strict about the school rules. Rules are meant to be obey thus for those who disobey the school rules should be punish. For example, students litter in school. The appropriate punishment should be making them stay back and make they pick the rubbish in school. This make them reflect their own action and others students will fear to disobey the school rules as they do not want to receive any punishment.

Then, having punishment during assembly seemed to be quite effective. Making the students to do squats or push up as a punishment, having a canning session in front of everyone. This not only embarrassed them, also making them realize their own mistake. This will further implant fear in other students.

Lastly, having counselling session for those who broke the school rules. Maybe they disobey the rules to get attention from their parents. Having counselling session with them, the school will find out their problems and try their best to solve it with them, guide them through their problems.

All students that started school is a good and obedient students but distraction made them to disobey the school like urge to try smoking which they learnt from the media. They are still young and do not know what right. Thus, the school and parents have to guide them and make sure that they are always on the right track in life.

Neko :)
